Engineered for specialized K9 operations in high-security zones, the Operator NM45 combines uncompromised Mil-Spec functionality with a 100% metal-free construction. Whether at airports, judicial facilities, or critical infrastructure: this collar allows seamless passage through metal detectors and security checkpoints—without wasting time putting on or removing equipment.

Weighing approximately 120 g, the 45 mm wide Type 13 webbing offers maximum stability alongside optimal wearing comfort for the working dog. Instead of a traditional metal D-ring, this collar features a high-strength textile attachment point. A flexible elastic keeper loop replaces the slider, ensuring clean adjustability without loose webbing ends.

With the optionally available Patch Sleeve, ID and notification patches can be attached quickly and flexibly to the collar whenever needed.

Our guarantee applies to all TYRAS products, except third-party brands, consumable parts, bite-work equipment, and toys.
Deliberate destruction, theft, or lost gear are not covered. If a tank rolls over your gear, you tow your car with a leash, or your gear simply disappears – that’s not a warranty case.
Chewed leashes count as deliberate damage – though we can often repair them.
Normal wear and tear (like coating abrasion on black hardware after heavy use) is not considered a defect.
Fair service and repair options, even after years, are a matter of course for us.
